| Certain Relationships and Related Transactions |
As of March 31, 2016 and December 31, 2015, the Company had accrued expenses and accounts payable to related parties in the amount of $174,603 and $190,750, respectively. Included in these amounts at March 31, 2016 and December 31, 2015 were unpaid salaries due to our former President and current member of the Companys Board of Directors of $60,429 and $75,429, respectively. The Company agreed to pay the former President $5,000 per month until the unpaid salary is fully settled. Also included in these amounts at March 31, 2016 and December 31, 2015 are accrued directors fees of $76,089. |
