Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(b)           On November 6, 2014, Ryan Zinke advised Registrant’s Board of Directors (“Board”) that on November 4, 2014, he was elected to the United States House of Representatives, representing the state of Montana. Mr. Zinke then announced that as a result of his election he could no longer serve on Registrant’s Board. Mr. Zinke then tendered his resignation from the Board, effective January 1, 2015, advising that the date of his swearing in as a member of Congress is set for January 6, 2015.
