During the three months ended March 31, 2012, the Company issued 867,250 shares of common stock upon exercise of warrants at $0.40 per share and valued at $346,900. During the three months ended March 31, 2012, the Company issued 500,000 shares of common stock for consulting services at $0.30 per share and valued at $150,000. During the three months ended March 31, 2012, the Company issued 18,334 shares of common stock upon exercise of options at $0.27 per share and valued at $4,950.
