STWA's MagChargR™ Receiving Rave Reviews
Independent Consumer Testing on Private Vehicles, Including Boats, RVs and Automobiles Indicating Reductions in Fuel Consumption and Increases in Performance
SANTA BARBARA, CA--(Marketwire - August 4, 2009) - Save the World Air, Inc. (
In February 2009, STWA received notice from the California Air Resources Board (CARB) that it had been issued an Executive Order (EO number D-659) approving its products for sale in California. A CARB Executive Order is recognized by the EPA, meaning the product can also be legally sold in all 50 states. Furthermore, CARB has made this a universal exemption, allowing its use on any motor vehicle through the 2008 model year.
"I was very excited to get a MagChargR from STWA for my 25' Advantage performance boat. Anything that can boost gas mileage and HP while reducing emissions is a very good thing," commented Mr. Robert Torbett, a realtor from Peoria, Arizona. "We had one little glitch on the installation relating to how the throttle body fits on the engine manifold, but STWA figured out a simple fix and I was then able to install the MagChargR on my boat in about 15 minutes. It was actually much easier than I thought it was going to be."
Mr. Torbett continued, "Since we already had 425HP, I didn't notice much of an increase in power at the low end, but there is a noticeable increase in power in the midrange. One of the biggest improvements has been in gas mileage. On our most recent weekend lake trip, we were able to cruise up and down the lake and ski all weekend with a full load of people using much less gas. Normally I would have had to fill up during the weekend since we were out for three days, but this trip, I actually came home with gas left in the tank. With an 85 gallon tank, this device is saving me a lot of money."
James Henry owns a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. "It has a tired 350 small block Chevy engine in it. I recently installed a MagChargR unit myself. It took no more than 10 to 15 minutes to put on. I was amazed at how easy it was to install. The only thing I had to buy was a gasket and longer carburetor bolts, which I found at a Kragen's shop just down the street for about $8," commented Mr. Henry.
"I IMMEDIATELY (emphasis Mr. Henry's) felt an increase in horsepower and throttle response. It was a noticeable difference," continued Mr. Henry. "I don't baby my car or treat it like a trailer queen. I actually drive it almost on a daily basis. After a few weeks I also noticed a sizable difference in my trips to the gas pump."
Mr. Erwin Rainak installed a MagChargR on his Chevrolet Silverado V8 6.0L. "Installation of the MagChargR was very easy and quick. Anybody with some basic tools can do it in 30 minutes or less. No extra parts were necessary except some longer bolts," stated Mr. Rainak.
Mr. Rainak added, "Instantly I noticed the torque improvement and throttle response on the vehicle. On the highway at cruising speeds around 70 mph I have never seen my mileage indicator go above 11.2 mpg no matter how I drove. After installation of the MagChargR the mileage (at highway cruising speed) went up instantly to 12.8 mpg, and I have even seen 13.4 mpg under some conditions. In city driving I have not seen any changes with the exception of the torque response. This is money wisely spent for what you get."
Cecil Bond Kyte, Chairman and CEO of Save The World Air, Inc., stated, "We have placed several units in the field with consumers. Our goal with these 'beta' tests is to get valuable feedback from consumers who are installing the MagChargR on different types of vehicles and watercraft.
"Having the MagChargR installed by these consumers, on their personal cars, trucks, boats and RVs gives us a good read on how the product performs. This is information that can't be gauged in a dyno test, it's 'real world' stuff, the type of driving, boating and cruising that is done by real people, in everyday situations. Given the feedback, we are extremely pleased and satisfied that MagChargR is delivering the results we always knew it would."
The MagChargR is currently being offered for sale publicly for 5.7 and 6.1 Hemi engines manufactured by Dodge. The pricing is set at $225.00 per unit. Customers with questions on the product can contact Magnumforce at: +1(408) 559-6633, and online at: www.magnumforceracing.com.
