STWA and INZI Controls Co. LTD Sign Letter of Intent

MORGAN HILL, CA--(Marketwire - May 21, 2008) - Save The World Air, Inc. ("STWA") (OTCBB: ZERO) -- STWA announced today that they have signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with INZI Controls Co. Ltd. of Shihung-shi, Kyunggi-Do, Korea. "We are pleased to sign this Letter of Intent with INZI, a global supplier of both original equipment and aftermarket automobile parts," stated Charles. R. Blum, President and CEO of STWA. "The aim of the Letter is to evaluate possibilities for STWA to license certain of our proprietary technologies to INZI's for use in manufacturing and distributing products to Korean manufacturers of automobiles and trucks." Representatives of INZI will commence testing and evaluating products at STWA's Morgan Hill facility within the next two weeks. Initial efforts will focus on the MAGChargR™ device and its impact on increased horsepower and emissions reductions.
