Save the World Air Signs Key North American Marketing and Development Partners

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 3, 2006 -- Save the World Air, Inc. ("STWA") (OTCBB: ZERO), a company that develops, markets, and distributes devices that reduce harmful emissions caused by internal combustion engines, today announced that it has entered into three new agreements for product development, and promotional, marketing and related services targeting the North American automotive after-market.

Bruce McKinnon, President of STWA, added, "We have crossed our first milestone in commercialization with the order from GAE announced last week. Now we will ramp up the marketing and distribution initiatives to get the message out that we have a superior product that not only reduces emission significantly but also enhances performance and improves fuel consumption. This is a very compelling value proposition to both OEM and aftermarket retailers whom we feel will be very responsive to our marketing and sales efforts."

STWA signed an agreement with Marketing Matters Inc. to develop an advertising and marketing campaign for its product portfolio. Marketing Matters, Inc. is a market specific advertising agency that offers specialty expertise to the automotive aftermarket. Its clients include McLeod Industries, Mazda Sport, Mazda North American Operations, and Bowtie Overdrive. Some of the many services Marketing Matters will provide STWA include branding, package design, trade and retail advertising, and cataloging.

STWA has also signed an agreement with SS Sales and Marketing Group, a manufacturing representative group. SS Sales and Marketing is to provide consulting for sales programs and sales opportunities. SS Sales & Marketing has an established sales and marketing team covering 11 states in the Western U.S. and Western Canada. It specializes in automotive aftermarket representation and has established relationships with all distributors in its territory. Some of SS Sales and Marketing clients include K&N Engineering, MagnaFlow Exhaust, B&M Racing & Performance, and Hypertech. SS Sales and Marketing will also provide assistance in recruitment of distributors and wholesalers in other territories in the U.S.
